Formation of Contract
The offers made in this online shop for products are non-binding and are to be understood as summons to the customers to make a binding offer from his side.
Upon making his order, the offer made by the customer becomes binding. An order conformation will be sent to him without delay.
The order confirmation is not to be understood as the declaration of acceptance, but can be combined with a declaration of acceptance.
Dry till you die is entitled to accept the customer’s offer within three working days upon receipt.
Dry till you die can confirm the acceptance to the customer explicitly or implicitly by dispatching the goods.
All asttemps of fraud will be reported to the police. Dry till you die have the right to cancel an order if fraud is suspected.
Dry till you die does not assume exercise risk, i.e. the formation of contract is subject to limited or no liability in case of improper delivery from the side of the supplier.
Dry till you die shall notify the customer if a product is not or partially available. Services or payments rendered by the customer will be refunded with no delay if s/he wishes to step back from the contract.

Dry till you die reserve the right of errors by type faults or unintentional errors in the product information on our online shop.
We can not guarnentee our pictures to display all colors 100% accuracy.

Prices
All Prices on this online shop are in EURO'S and includie 19% vat. Additional taxes or duties might be payable in your own country in case of international delivery. These are to be borne by the customer.



Payment and delivery
You pay for your order with paypal and we ship all packages with TNT (Dutch post). We ship worldwide
You can track your package at www.track.nl. But when the package leaves europe it is not trackable anymore.

The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete address for delivery upon placing his order. Should the address provided by the customer be incorrect and should, as a result, additional dispatch charges incur, for instance resulting from redispatch, the additional costs are to be borne by the customer.

Upon receipt of your payment we will ship out your order.
Invoice (factuur) Invoice will be included in the parcel.
Dry till you die remains owner of the goods until complete payment.

Damage during transport
All packages we ship are insured. If the package and/or the content is damaged upon arrival, please report that to the courier when you receive it. If you notice any damages when you unpack, please contact us at +31 45 5454219.

Return policy
The customer is entitled to return his purchases without giving reasons within 7 days by sending them back. The respite begins at the earliest on receipt of goods and by providing these instructions in writing. The customer is entitled to declare his wish to return the goods in writing ( e-mail) . To comply with the term, the goods or the declaration of the wish to return the goods must be duly dispatched. In any case, the costs and the risk of the return are assumed by the customer. Please note that the item must be in the same condition when returning it, as it was when you received it.
In Case of damage caused by inproper use or threathment of the article, no warranty is proved. This also applies to damage caused by wearout.

Underwear is non-returnable.

In case of returning or exchanging items you will have to pay for all shipping costs. If returning because of damaged goods or if the return is due to a mistake made by dry till you die, we will refund the cost for the item as well as the cost for returning it.

·If you want to exchange an item.
Always call Customer Service at +31 45 5454219 if you want to exchange an item, to make sure the new item is reserved for you. If you don't, you risk that the item you want is out of stock before we can register the exchange. Please have your customer number and order number ready when you call.

When we have received the item an approved the return, we will send you the new item. If the new item is at higher cost you will have to pay the difference cash on delivery (or with creditcard). If the new item is at lower cost, we will credit the difference to your account you assigned in the return form.

·Processing of returns of faulty goods.
In case of disputes, Dutch law is applicable.

In a case of exchange or return you will responsible for the item during transport/shipping.

According to law, we must ask you to agree to that we handle your personal details. All details that you leave with us, or which we are given when you register for a purchase or visit our homepage, will be handled by dry till you die.

The information given will only be used by dry till you die in order to fulfill our undertakings and informing you of offers that will appeal to you, at the time of purchase. You have the right to see your personal details upon request. If they are wrong, incomplete or irrelevant, you have the right to demand that the files be corrected or deleted.
